Kingswood Golf Club. We are pleased to have the opportunity to host
your special golfing event. Please read the following agreement, as
golf events at Kingswood are accepted subject to the following
conditions.
All outings are subject to the
approval of Kingswood Golf Club.
A reservation fee of 15% of the
outing total must be paid to secure your outing date and time. This
fee will be applied to your final payment.
Outing dates and times are booked on
a first come, first serve basis. The first group to return their
signed outing agreement/application, and deposit will receive
priority.
The final guaranteed number of
players and meals must be provided to Kingswood 7 days prior to the
golf outing. Full payment for the golf outing must be made prior to
the start of the scheduled outing. Reductions are not accepted,
reasonable additions may be made. There will be no exceptions.
Shotgun start outings Monday thru
Thursday are permitted at 8:00 am or earlier, and 1:00 pm or later,
at the discretion of Kingswood Golf Club. Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
and Holiday shotgun outings are permitted after 1:00 pm.
All outings of 20 or more golfers
must include an organized lunch and or dinner provided by Kingswood
Golf Club.
All outings must take golf carts.
There will be no exceptions.
Bringing of alcoholic beverages to
Kingswood Golf Club is strictly prohibited. It is a violation of New
York State Law and Kingswood Golf Club policy to bring any alcoholic
beverage onto Kingswood property. Patrons may not bring alcoholic
beverages to the golf course. Patrons who bring alcohol to Kingswood
will forfeit their outing fee and be directed to leave the property.
Beverages may be purchased from the snack bar, grille, or beverage
cart. Patrons who exhibit signs of intoxication will forfeit their
outing fee and be directed to leave Kingswood property.
Outings may not bring their own food
or non alcoholic beverages to the course. Food and non alcoholic
beverages are available at the snack bar, grill, and beverage cart.
Scoring, cart signs, and proximity
signs for your outing will be provided by Kingswood if requested.
Slow play policy is in effect. Groups
must keep pace, or they will be asked to advance to their proper
position on the course.
Any outing cancelled less than 30
days prior to the scheduled outing date will forfeit their
reservation fee/deposit.
Kingswood Golf Club is a soft spike
facility. Soft spikes are available in the pro shop.
Tax exempt groups are asked to submit
form ST-119.1 with their application/agreement form, or will charged
the appropriate tax.
Kingswood reserves the right to
remove any participant who fails to adhere to these guidelines.
Participants so removed will forfeit any paid fees.
