Meagan,
We thank you very much for your assistance before, during, and
after our tourn. On July 8, 2007. You and your staff, from the
time we arrived until we left, did an excellent job. The cart
guys, the ground crew (the course was in excellent shape), the
bartender, beercart girl, your lunch people EVERYONE was
outstanding on our behalf. Thank you for the generous gifts
(donations) to our raffle. The final tally $$$ isn't in yet but I
believe we met our goal. Thanks again from all of us!!

Dear Meg,
Just wanted to say thank you for running our event so smoothly,
right from the start I knew it would be organized. The
certificates were great. Even though most of my guys arrived
later than earlier- the small buckets of range balls that did
get used were greatly appreciated.
Our 2008 company outing will be held at Kingswood. No brainer….

Meg and staff, We would like to
thank you and your staff for the outstanding tournament that you
helped us organize on Saturday, June 25th. Although the
temperatures were high, you were able to keep our golfers cool and
allow them to enjoy your course. The conditions were extraordinary
and it was a pleasure to play such a fine course.
I would also like to thank you for
the kind donation of 4 free rounds of golf at the course. We used
those as a prize in a drawing and the 2 winners (2 rounds each)
were excited about returning to the course.
Please pass along our thanks to the
whole staff and I look forward to a possible future tournament at
the course. Good luck and enjoy the remainder of the golf season!

The Washington County Tourism
Association Golf Outing was a great success. I would like to thank
the both of you and your family for supporting the outing in many
ways.
You and your staff did a wonderful
job. Everything was well organized, the course was beautiful, and
the food was great! It could not have been better. I enjoyed
working with everyone. The personal touch you gave the tournament
really helped.
In addition, thank you for
purchasing a tee sign and dinners. The wonderful golf prize you
donated was great. Thank you for hosting all the committee
meetings and serving on the committee.
Just a reminder we will have a
follow-up meeting on Thursday, October 6, 2005, 8:30 a.m. at the
Kingswood Golf Club. We will review the results and critique the
